Returns Policy and Shipping Terms
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, a full refund or exchange cannot be guaranteed and a request must be submitted to admin@swingplaneperfector.com for review.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable period:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at admin@swingplaneperfector.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email admin@swingplaneperfector.com and send your product to {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to Saffron House, 3 Leverett Way, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 2NG, England.

- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
